I was wondering if Apache CouchDB is interested in participating in
Hacktoberfest 2020.
Previously it was an opt-in-by-default thing, but due to recent
changes ( https://hacktoberfest.digitalocean.com/hacktoberfest-update
),
it is now required to add a topic to the GH project or label PRs
