The coding scheme change is fairly simply explained (imo). The plain old CUI
is not a snomed code. If the snomed codes are reported by ctakes (uncomment
the snomed line in ctakesHsql.xml ) then their UmlsConcept

Thanks for the explanation. That makes sense.
The reason I saw the difference even with that line uncommented was due my
snomedct table being empty for the new dictionary. I'll have to look at why
that occurred.
