When the dictionary creator GUI creates the XML file all the appropriate
sources are there but in order to have the output scheme output something other
than whatever the fall back name is I need to update the code accordingly. Is
that correct or did I miss something?

Hi Brandon,
The dictionary creator gui in sandbox automatically adds selected coding
schemes to the concept factory. Is it not doing what you need?

for easily adding in new SAB sources from UMLS as coding schema's other than
manually editing or adding new code?
The process I used for the short term was adding the additional SABs to the
org.apache.ctakes
