I notice that the UmlsJdbcRareWordDictionary doesn't seem to index terms
from PREFTERM, only CUI_TERMS.
For instance, my custom dictionary script has the term "Angina Pectoris" as
a PREFTERM,
but "angina pectoris" isn't among the CUI_TERMS inserts:
