I’m planning to do the builds tomorrow since it’s been over two months since
the last builds and a LOT of stuff is in there. Please make sure everything

yes. We had this issue that was caused by some inconsistency with
jetty8 and jetty9 wiring and it was fixed yesterday.

I didn't take any action on this, as I found a workaround that works
out of the box without any change in the profiles.
So if you need to build rt-transports-http with no Internet
connection, you need to have in your maven repo cache folder
($localRepository/.cache)
