Hi It seems there have been some regressions introduced recently [1] which show up on Windows, it could be to do with the fact the build path contains spaces, or may be it is some resource recycling issue.
JAXRSSimpleSecurityTest passed for me yesterday, when I run all the jaxrs system tests, and there is a space in the build path. It also passes in 2.3.x builds. Not sure about other tests though. One other thing org.apache.cxf.wsdl11.WSDLServiceBuilderTest.testImport was failing for me but only when I was building rt/core directly, I was not able to spot how my recent changes might've contributed to it, but I'll have to look more into it.
