Oh, we can *surely* find something if you want :) For completeness: The portion which was fixed was a (not really expensive, if used once) call which had to be made for every sub form/sub form in the document. The bug was that it was made for every *element* (forms, sub forms, all controls) in the whole document, which obviously summed up quite a bit ... > I'm very happy in any case ... and can get on with my real project - I'd > almost forgotten I had one.
