The dBase driver (and thus Calc's dBase import) only support character sets listed at the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority: http://www.iana.org/assignments/character-sets. Greek (DOS/OS2-737), which OOo-internally is known as IBM737, is not on this list. Nonetheless, we should find a solution for the problem - could you ask the user in the forum to submit an issue?
