since we have migrated to svnpubsub, the mirror are not anymore storing
the apacheds tarballs.
This need to be addressed asap. It's just a matter of pushing the
tarballs in svnpubsub from /www/www.apache.org/dist/directory, and
commit them.

Unfortunately, I will be limited to the "rather slow" upload speed of my home
or the office network connection (around 110 kbits/s).
Or maybe, we can simply copy them directly on people.apache.org via a simple
'cp' command.
I'll see that ASAP.
