Thanks for your advice. I had changed the class type to STRUCTURAL
restarted the server and my class shows up. However I have a single node
/ entry which should hold all instances of this objectClass but it seems
that I can only add a single entry. How can I have more than one entry?

Fixed by reducing the page cache size from 10k to 2k.
