This version isn't released becauseof lack of testing.
You can take the last RC 10 from here:
http://download.services.openoffice.org/files/extended/3.3.0rc10/OOo_3.3.0rc10_20110118_Win_x86_install_de.exe
test it if it's working and give feedback here.
