We need to have a wrapper script for Terraform commands which unifies all steps
needed for GKE cluster creation and Legion deployment.
The script should come as a terraform container entrypoint and provide two
methods - create and destroy with single parameter for profile.yaml file which
contains all parameters for platform provisioning and deployment.
