We've fixed a number of bugs since 1.8.0 and would like to get out a release
before adding new R6/rfc 190 features, and we aren't aware of any major
existing bugs.

The spec committee now appears to think that the "correct" behavior is only for
namespace >= 1.3 and
I'll see if I can push out a release candidate today. I have a strong need for
the minimum cardinality feature which I was thinking about even before it got
proposed for the spec.

I tried my hand on those resolver related open issues, but had the
feeling that I didn't understand the Fe
