Mine consistently fails on 2 framework tests:
* PackageAdminImplTest
* StartStopBundleTest
Deleted them and I can get it to build fine. I'm on Windows 8.1 - doubt
that makes a difference, but have a Linux VM kicking around that I could
give a whirl once I've sort
Another followup...I upgraded to the latest Maven and Java7 JDK and the
framework passes.
