I didn't change the build process for these artifacts, so I guess they
were released like this before. In any case, the important artifacts
are there. We can change the produced artifacts for a future release,

I have just contributed some additional code for the RFC 126
implementation (Service Registry Hooks) to FELIX-905, but there still
a few small things to finish on this so there's no reason to hold up
1.6.0 for this.
