A big thanks for your good advice; I did an "svn updated", tried again,
and did some successful mvn:prepare, and mvn:deploy commands !
but I reverted my deployments because I still have to fix some new issues
now ...

Have a look at [1] where Jan Willem Janssen also faced similar issue while
releasing Felix HTTP. Suggested solution was to wait for sometime and then
