That indeed seems to be the case. Clicking "Update" button for 2.12.3.SNAPSHOT
in the Web Console works, but clicking on the general "Install/Update..."
button at the top doesn't!

, please? My
guess would be that there maybe is another version of the
com.adobe.cq.core.wcm.components.core installed besides the one you are
updating and we could be running into an edge case...

installed it in felix framework.
