i am having trouble to understand what exactly the issue you are facing.
there are NO sql files. Liquibase is used to set up and maintain the tables and
the initial contents of the databases and these instructions are in XML files.

to import the project as a grade project and all subfolders get modularized.
Build folders just do not get created and all commands fail. I have found a
