Caching getting deleted on page reload

Hello Community, I am facing this strange issue on offline Mifos web app, every time i reload the page or close the browser, my fineract cache request in the browser are getting cleared. All static cached files are there, but the dynamic request are getting cleared on page reload I have also fill
