Installer now supports nightly builds!

Thanks to Erik's fix for the MD5 checksum comparison issue, we now have support for installing nightly releases from the Apache build server. I fixed a couple of bugs and did some cosmetic changes. It looks like the Installer is ready for its next release. How is the Flex SDK release looking? T
