Yep, thanks for adding that. I have one question though: I noticed it

"Binary releases are not currently available."
I thought there were Maven artifacts. If so, shouldn’t those be mentioned
on this page or do Maven folks find out about releases some other way?
Thanks,

Currently looks like there nothing more to be done here.
But if you're looking for something to do you could:

Some months ago, I was using IntelliJ for FlexJS development and I think is
usable for this task.
You can always want more features, but I was happy with the basic IDE
usability taking into account that there's no official support nowadays.

Sounds reasonable to me. I was thinking of checking the current version of each
3rd party project and seeing if they had removed the tags and using that as a
guide.

I'm afraid a recent addition to CONTRIBUTORS broke the build again... ;-)
But seriously: there are 2 failures that are fairly consistent:

Hi,
I've synced the release branch and the develop branch, picking up a
few fixes by Mihai that were committed just after the cutting of
'release'.
I feel that we are coming up on the RC. I ask people NOT TO COMMIT TO

You're correct in that there's no absolute rule but it is strongly recommended
by the ASF board that they be removed. With the possible exception of releases
and legal policy that's about as hard as the ASF gets. :-) I've alread
