AFAIK That different to signing mobile apps.
however it woudl be useful for the installer as it removes a step when
installing on windows as it's then cons

Is there a nightly build we can examine? Or maybe put something out on
staging but don’t call a vote. The idea is that we’re supposed to iron
out the issues before cutting an official RC.
Also, how do we use/test the code?
