NOTICE, LICENCE, RELEASE_NOTE all OK (very minor formatting/line length issues)
checksum/sigs good
rat report OK (frameworks/js/jshint.properties is missing header)
no binaries in source (except images)
can compile from source
unit tests pass - although coverage is currently poor

- DataBindingTest good for both SWF and JS
