I see the problem.
When I go to http://flex.apache.org/ everything looks correct, but if I go to
https://flex.apache.org/ then I get the download link shifted to the bottom
left of the menu bar. The reason is because a font is not loaded:

I'm seeing it in Chrome and Firefox on Mac.
Safari looks correct.
The font on Safari is much narrower than Chrome and Firefox, so that's probably
(at least part of) the issue. (Although the font on Safari looks pixelated.)
