FLEX-34398 [2] (Patch is attached to jira)
FLEX-34408 [3]
I ended up with FLEX-34398 and FLEX-34408 being addressed in the same patch.

It appears to be failing to untar the AIRSDK 3.9 archive, for whatever
reason. It works as expected with AIRSDK 3.8, so it isn't a permissions
issue.
