Is the SDK is on SVN? As here compressed and exe are not allowed. So maybe I
can get the SDK through SVN.
Please provide the link of the SVN.

It looks like the download of the AIR SDK failed or the uncompressing
of the .zip 'misfired'. Can you please empty the target directory or
create a new one and try again?

Can you confirm if the nightly is downloading the nightly or RC3 currently?

The 'nightly' setting is in fact downloading the RC3 on OSX.
