The following step can reproduce this bug:

1、 create a source table 't1' in sql-client using jdbc(mysql)

2、add a jar with jdbc connector

3、select * from 't1'

then an exception throws:

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Could not find any jdbc dialect factories that 
implement 'org.apache.flink.connector.jdbc.dialect.JdbcDialectFactory' in the 
classpath.
