Currently, the {{ScalaShellRemoteEnvironment}} does not correctly forwards the
Flink configuration to the {{PlanExecutor}}. Therefore, it is not possible to
use the Scala shell in combination with an HA cluster which needs the
configuration parameters set in the configuration.
