Would be fine with me. I considered this as well, but figured that we
should keep it as is until we have the automation in place.
Let's move the discussion to a seperate thread/issue as it is not blocking
the release right now. :)

1. Typo: Thanks for catching the typo :) I've fixed it in the current

Linda did a really good job here. I really like the reference to the Apache
colors.
For the Twitter account, I would use a small, colored one.
For the website I would go for logo nr 4.

Hi,
a minor thing: There is a typo in CONTRIBUTORS file. It should be
contributors, not contributers. Moreover, the list of contributors is
not consistent with the list provided in the release announcement.

Hmm what is the license for the logos? Will she be willing to release
it under ASF license 2.0?

Hi everyone,
Linda Gavin, an amazing Berlin-based designer (https://dribbble.com/jusum)

Hi Stephan and all,
I'll setup the new system and familiar with it. Fabian already has

implement features gradually.

traces.

Hi everyone!
I am happy to announce that we will be having two Hackathons on Apache
Flink in Stockholm, on October 8th and 9th (some of us will be there on the
10th as well, so we can extend it even).
The topics are:

Hey, I was wrong. It seems that Aljoscha's Scala pull request has issues
with the Hadoop2 version. I think he's going to address the issues.
Let us know if your Java re-implementations are not working on your Hadoop2
cluster (but they should).
