I've been implementing a theme (alternative css) switching idea which
appeared to work ok. I have done this before but not with Forrest.
I've used to define my style sheets and wrote a

my javascript in page head.

Looking at the source of [1] shows that jspwiki does normally created nested
bullets etc correctly, so I guess it is in the way we have implemented it. Jus

When moving a resource please use "svn move path/to/resource", this adds
the now one and deletes the old on in one command, but more importantly
it keeps the history of the old file.
