Updating README
- Added Anchors and links to all sections
- Added links to wiki and documentation
- Added CI status
- Headings are now h2 rather than h1

With the bigtop gradlew script (see GEODE-826) shouldn’t the build command for
“Geode in 5 Minutes” in the README.md be reverted to use ./gradlew instead of
gradle?

I will merge this in when I get a few +1s. I created a pull request to test
CI (travis) on pull request and see how the README is rendered.
