get this running on a local setup.
Does Pivotal or anyone else have a Gradle configuration for SonarQube that
can contribute into the feature/GEODE-64 branch? ;)

on Jenkins to be modified for Sonar... see GEODE-64 [2]
For reference, the old infra ticket is INFRA-9616 [3].
