I fixed the race condition in the day trader initialization, and
committed it to OpenEJB. The problem was cause by the web
application reveiving the notification that the TradeEJB (or another
one) was started before the ContainerIndex received the
notification. When the web application at

The j2eeType is of type "Host" for the host.

did in the last 24 hours fixed this problem (or so it seems). I now
have 4 confirmed that its running w/o the warning...but I won't claim

Does anybody know why the "unknown default host" warning still occurs in
1.0 but not in head? I thought Dain's fix was picked up by both 1.0
and head? I also thought the next 1.0 candidate build would be made
from the 1.0 branch and not head? Is this incorrect?
