Anyone else seeing this test failure trace in the tomcat module? I think I
have up to date tomcat external and tomcat plugin...
maybe we have to work harder to avoid allowing tomcat to try to look for
annotations?

This is breaking 2.2 builds because of an updated dependency. It's adding a new
dependency on org.bouncycastle bcprov-jdk15. We have our own geronimo-crypto
library (which was created due to patent issues with bouncycastle library. A

I added a empty webConfig() in the EjbWsContextConfig to prevent the
web.xml/annotation scan. Also, disable the tldProcess in the constructor of
TomcatEJBWebServiceContext.
