I'm trying to stage a new Geronimo 2.1.6 release for a vote, but I
appear to be hanging while doing the release:perform. It looks like
it's trying to upload the first file to the staging repo, and then just
sits there. There's no sign of a new repository getting created on the
staging repo.

OK, just found GERONIMO-5369 and it turns out not to be an issue, so
lets stay with SE 5 for 2.2.
