Resolution: Fixed
I've added a C:\Program Files\CPPUnit\lib to the library search path. That's
about the best I can do because of the many limitation of this product. The
user will more than likely have to tweak some of the hard coded paths as we
can't guess where everyone will want to place their libraries.
