Anyone know why DeadProxyException are getting tosses like they are
going out of style when using the console to shutdown the server in
Jetty?
I've snipped out most of them... but there are a ton that are
thrown. Insane call depth too...
This appears to be something with the Jetty
DeadProxyException when shutdown from console (jetty)

Ya, this is a side effect of some changes I made so we'd construct
the managed objects for
