Looks like my tweak to the build script worked - the file (and another image
file) correctly disappeared after the last build. So this PR isn't needed, but

The groovy-dev-site is now back to auto-building (now via a jenkins job)
whenever commits to groovy-website are made. The groovy-user-site will move
over to using a similar scheme when we find time to progress it. It's a
little more complex but will follow a similar approach.
