Currently developer has to go to 'build artifacts' folder to read output from 
hadoopcheck test.
e.g.
https://builds.apache.org/job/PreCommit-HBASE-Build/98/artifact/patchprocess/patch-javac-2.6.1.txt

hadoopcheck test should provide diff file showing what exactly is new
