Hey Ali
The ASF Jenkins build system is at https://builds.apache.org/ and setup details
are available at
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/INFRA/Jenkins . We can not create
release artifacts on those servers as they must go through a voting process. We
can as part of a release candida

Apache git can also refer to the Github Apache org as a number of projects
are running in that fashion. They key is that the code has been imported

+1 sounds good. Based on the discussion in LEGAL-339, we will need to get
the SGA submitted prior to graduating from the incubator and becoming a top
level project, but we can track that progress as a jira story and not block
incubator and day to day code development

Hi everyone
We need to submit our first PMC/Board report by Wed August 16, 2017. We will
have to report monthly for our first three months and quarterly after that.
The
schedule is available on the Incubator status page.
For a top level Apache project this report is written by the Project
Manageme
Can use github issues if we want, no hard set requirement of jira as some
ASF projects still use bugzilla

Hey guys, just getting back from vacation, sorry for any delay in responses
from my end.
A source release must contain no binary objects. Full details are available
on the ASF release policy page [1].
Bazel can download them, http_file should be what you need.
