Hi all,
I have a PR (https://github.com/apache/hive/pull/4060) which replaces the
current custom HMS schema evolution tool with Liquibase. The PR contains two
documents about the possible benefits, and about how to contribute new schema
changes in the new
We are not forced to use all of the
offered features, if we want a pure DI container with some basic extensions, we
would only need spring-core, spring-beans, and spring-context. It has several
extensions and supports tons of other well known frameworks and/or technologies.
