Summary: Hive does not log Tez diagnostics on errors

On an error, there is only a cryptic message such as:
"ERROR ql.Driver: FAILED: Execution Error, return code 2 from
org.apache.hadoop.hive.ql.exec.tez.TezTask"
Tez's DAGClient reports diagnostics which would provide more information to the
user
