To give a concrete example, consider the following query:
select cast(0 as timestamp) from src limit 1;
The result if Hive is running in Santa Clara is:
1969-12-31 16:00:00
While the result if Hive is running in London is:
1970-01-01 00:00:00
This is not the behavior defined by the standard for TIMESTAMP type. The result
should be consistent, in this case the correct result is:
1970-01-01 00:00:00
