When i run an apr_shm_create(filename) even for the first time i always get an APR_EEXIST return value, even if i am sure that no previous exists. I checked that apr_shm_create(filename) manages to create on the filesystem but any subsequent call to apr_shm_attach fails to attach to anyway. is
