I know for one module you can do it with the following command :
./configure --enable-so --with-module=one --enable-mods-shared=mod_one.so

You need to disable pop3 from your linux box. Right now, you are trying
to start up two POP3 servers on the same port.
To set it up, create a virtual host that listens on port 110, and in that
