The lua mailing list is also discussing mod_wombat and the name, hah. Andre is very happy to yield the mod_lua name used in kepler to mod_wombat :-)

AFAIAC, Kepler's mod_lua is no longer supported and mod_wombat would be a great successor for it. From my point of view, feel free to use "mod_lua" if you want.
