During iteration over WAL we have two invariants about result(Tuple<WALPointer,
WALRecord>):
* WALPointer equal to WALRecord.position() when segment is uncompacted
* WALPointer not equal to WALRecord.position() when the segment is compacted
Unfortunately, the second variant is broken in
FileWriteAheadLogManager#read(WALPointer ptr)
