Currently the list of available JDBC jar-files is configured only on web-agent
side by placing necessary files into 'jdbc-drivers' folder. In case when user
have not direct access to this folder he cannot place driver he needed. So we
need to give to user possibility to select needed JDBC driver from local folder.
