In my opinion, IoTDB-Grafana is a relative independent module(it only depends
on iotdb-jdbc). It isn't core of the IoTDB which could be move out of core repo
if necessary. But cluster is not a independent module which must have
standalone inside of it. User actually can start standalone in
some settings of your mailbox... All these will be
recorded on the Internet and it is not good for searching content...

As a new user of IoTDB, I didn't realize that [1] is for new supported feature
until the @Xiangdong Huang pointed it out, lol. As [1] is much more user
friendly, why not include all supported SQL in [1] and reconstruct the page as
@Jialin Qiao side, so that everyone can refer it easily. IMHO, SQ
