Thanks for the reply. I decided to try removing Mongo dependency from the
pom.xml, and that made the exception go away. So that solved it for me.
However I don't think I had any of my own code that was trying to
initialize mongo, so I don't know how it was attempting to run any mongo
code

I’m reading about the consistency check tool thats available via oak-run and if
I got it right its gonna report missing blobs that are referenced. Is there a
way to get the inverted list, i.e. things that are in the datastore but not
referenced from the segment store.
